SHIPPING

Shipping is only available within Ontario. Shipping rates are $35+taxes per order.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

We do not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. (Please see Allergic Reaction section).

We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Novous Medspa within 24 hrs of delivery. We will not issue a refund or provide a replacement for products outside of this timeframe.

Allergic Reactions

We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. We will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. We require the right to request a doctor’s letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

To initiate a return please email info@novousmedspa.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to CITY contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
